“II Law Congress” International Summer University focused in a Period of updating the law teaching techniques for teachers in who contain three workshops of didactics techniques for teaching the following subjects:
- Penal Accusatory Process
- Techniques of oral litigation
- Alternative mechanisms of conflicts solving.

Opening
Main Conference by Dr. Miguel Carvonell. He is researcher of full time in the Instituto de Investigaciones Jurídicas de la UNAM and he also teaches in the Facultad de Derecho of the same University.
He is specialist in constitutional law and fundamental rights. He has been working in topics like: right to the information, governmental transparency, and State reform, trial, right to the not discrimination and public policies about social rights.
Beginning of the Certification course in the Penal Justice System with orientation in advocacy.
