In an international level, the establishment of an accusative penal system is associated with a democratic government form, and Mexico, to the imminent setting of Trials; has the challenge to count with prepared professionals to reach the ideals of such a transcendent constitutional reform.

The formation of Law students and the training for Lawyers are two main topics in the implementation of penal accusative system. Probably the formation from college classes is more important because when giving an appropriate preparation to students, the necessity of training lawyers after graduated has to diminish.
This is of vital importance to our country because the lawyer degree has been one of the degrees with more students and it is essential that Law schools graduate professionals with the necessary competences to be successful in the workforce. For this reason, the mechanisms that guarantee that whoever is going to litigate in the oral process system has the acquirement of skills and abilities necessaries to develop correctly in this kind of procedure are needed.

Conscious of the previously mention, in this 2014 edition of the Summer International University (UIV), in the area of legal sciences we give the importance that deserves to the constitutional reform   published in June 2008.  The main objective of the “Law congress” in the UIV 2014, is to give the theoretical and practice elements that permit to the participant deeply in the logic and skills of litigation in Trials own to the penal process accusative system.

We try to correct the academic deficiencies, that is not current in the State of Jalisco, the litigants and students of the Law`s bachelor degree has respect to process penal and accusative system. Furthermore, we try to accomplish with the social commitment that University of Guadalajara has with the society in the formation and professional training of our students and graduates.

In this way, the “Law Congress “is an only opportunity to train and academic formation, and to stay  at the vanguard of legal phenomenon.
